Fun, Learning and Growing with peers from across the United States. As this is the inaugural sailing, we are learning every step of the way, and will be relying upon YOU to help us build this event for year's to come! 

ANYONE may take advantage of the group sailing pricing. While the content is dog training specific, anyone with a passion to learn and grow a stronger connection with dogs in their care, such as a rescue, or their personal dogs are welcome. 

This event is about the PROS of the pet training industry. As we are unregulated in the United States, we have a responsibility to not only continue to learn, but to come together and ensure that we share a common message: science based, positive reinforcement training is proven to be the best and safest training methods for dogs and their families. By growing as a strong, collective group, we can make an impact in our communities and to our rescue partners we serve across the United States. 

Submissions will open in May, 2026 to submit to present as well as nominations for three distinctive awards recognizing  community impact in training and in rescue. 

Once the Dog Pros at Sea presentation deck is finalized, with key note speakers and By The Pros presenters, the materials will be submitted to affiliations for the CEU awards. CEU confirmations may not be available before the booking window closes for Dog Pros at Sea.

Absolutely! Margaritaville at Sea has programs and activities for all ages. While you are learning and growing with the dog pros, your family can enjoy the onboard activities. Additionally, there are no scheduled activities, outside of the vendor expo, scheduled for our port day in Cozumel. 

Things happen and plans can change. You will have the option to add on travel insurance in Cruise Control or at time of booking.

If flying in, you can fly into TPA (Tampa) or PIE (St. Pete / Clearwater). Either airport is close to port with limited travel time.  It is highly recommended that you fly in the night before!

For U.S. citizens on Margaritaville at Sea closed-loop cruises (starting and ending in the same U.S. port), a valid passport is highly recommended but not strictly required. Instead, guests may present an original or certified copy of a birth certificate and a government-issued photo ID
